  • Yes I do. Schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to learn more about my services and see if I'm the right therapist for you.

  • Sessions are generally 45-50 minutes long.

  • We'll connect face-to-face through a secure video link (I'll send you everything you need to get started). No fuss, just focused time to talk and explore what's on your mind. Before our first session, I'll gather some basic information from you to get us started on the right foot.

  • At this time all sessions are done virtually.

  • For private / cash pay sessions the cost is

    • Initial individual sessions: $150

    • Ongoing individual sessions: $125

    • Family or couples sessions: $175

  • Yes! While it's up to you to verify your specific plan benefits, I accept insurance from the following providers:

  • Your billing is handled seamlessly through Headway, a secure platform designed for mental health practices. After our initial consultation, you'll receive an email to confirm your information, insurance details, and sign the privacy statement.
